2015 has been a year of unprecedented success for Banks Sadler.
It has been well documented that over the last 6 years we have grown financially, posting year on year growth. This has been achieved not only through simply winning new clients but more importantly, deepening our ability to support our existing clients across a much wider range of activities through a combination of strengthened service offerings and an intelligent approach to account management. The third key aspect has been to apply this onto a global platform as we look to turn the world purple.
Banks Sadler is also known for their company culture and 2015 has been an equally impressive year in this area. We have recognised that collaboration between our offices is critical to driving our business success, and so have continued to cultivate a solid company culture which supports this ethos. Development of our staff is paramount and so we have created a range of mechanics to help employee’s progression; including personal development plans, internal secondment placements, training days, and subsidised language lessons for example.
In recognition of this commitment to our culture, in 2015 we were awarded Investors in People Gold Standard, as well as a ranking in the UK Great Place to Work, and One to Watch in 2016 by The Times Top 100 survey.
Finally, we’ve also invested a number of key new personnel and have had members recognised for their contribution to the industry, with Alex Pearce nominated as one of C&IT’s 2015 A List.
