Now in its 30th year globally and 18th in the UK, ‘EY Entrepreneur Of The Year’ (EOY) celebrates the spirit and contribution of exceptional entrepreneurs who can see the future, and through their entrepreneurial businesses, are helping to reshape it.

The challenges set for the 2015 UK final were numerous:

-Significantly raise the bar on previous events

-Change the existing format

-Deliver an environment that brings the venue (The Brewery, London) to life in a way that has never been seen before

-Create an event experience that reflects the innovation and entrepreneurial spirit of the nominees attending the awards

-Improve audience engagement

-Raise awareness of the event and therefore increase entries in 2016

From the outset we were determined to create a genuinely unique event experience; a spectacular evening of exceptional quality that the audience would remember forever.

All too often at award ceremonies, the audience loses interest as the evening goes on and the presenter must battle to hold their attention. One of our key challenges was to capture the audience’s attention from the outset and to keep them 100% captivated throughout until the final announcement of EOY UK 2015.

To achieve the ambition, we brought together a range of creative and technical elements; including live performance/storytelling, sophisticated CGI, stage mechanics, and a host of visual effects to keep the audience guessing as to what may happen next.
