Our Vision: We Care About Creating Experiences That Engage and Inspire

2015 was an incredibly exciting year that saw cievents develop, mature and grow its presence on the global stage. 

Financially we demonstrated strong year-on-year growth; we opened offices in Toronto and San Francisco, and grew our production offerings in Asia, the UK and the USA.

Our financial growth was due to several key strategic global wins within a variety of sectors including pharmaceutical, financial services, FMCG and retail. We received great feedback from our clients stating that we consistently maintain our brand values and always ensure our clients are at the centre of everything we do. Concentrating on the best solution for our clients’ needs has led to our success. 

Another of our brand values is a focus on our people and so in 2015, alongside our staff training programme ciacademy, we launched two new initiatives dedicated to developing and supporting our team members. ciFlex, providing flexible working options, and our Future Leaders Mentoring programme were both rolled out. 

Special attention was given to technology in 2015, with significant investments made to ensure our client facing and back office systems were innovative and fully integrated. We also developed and launched a new ciextranet; a great tool for our global team to share and communicate via.

2016 holds further exciting opportunities for cievents. We will continue to develop our technology solutions including risk management technology, client data visibility across travel and event spend, online booking tools and full expense integration. We also plan to further grow our global footprint with openings in Singapore and Mexico; and continue focusing on our production offerings. 

We have had an incredible journey to date and look forward to our future, and continuing to fulfil our vision of ‘creating experiences that engage and inspire’.
