2015 has been one of our highest growth years to date, not just in terms of financial performance but in terms of staff, incentives, celebrations and accreditations. Our 35th anniversary year saw our turnover at its highest in our history with annual turnover increasing from 13.6 million in 2014 to 15.8 million in 2015. Profit in 2015 is also at its highest to date increasing from 370k in 2014 to 600k in 2015.

We have seen rapid growth across all areas of the business in the last two years, and we plan to sustain this growth during 2016. By staying true to our values and expanding organically through unrivalled service and industry leading quality drp has grown from a team of one to 180 across eight distinct divisions in 3 locations across the UK.

2015 was an exciting year for drp in terms of new client wins and projects, which saw us add the iconic Triumph Motorcycles, Arriva, BT and EE to our client roster, being listed as no.18 in the C&IT top 50 agencies, two team members making the C&IT A-List and our CEO Dale making the top 25 in the Event 100 club list. We also became part of the Maritz Global Network, 25 companies from all corners of the globe make up the network, and we have all gone through a rigorous procurement process to be appointed to represent our respective countries. 

Our epic 35th anniversary celebration event held at West Midlands safari park secured an ROI of 63% and set the scene for a successful 2016. We are currently undergoing a 60,000sqft extension to our head office in the Midlands, resulting in the drpstudios, offices and work spaces doubling in size. The new expansion will allow us to increase our capacity, service levels, and quality for our clients.
