ZEISS Partner Recognition Programme / ZEISS

 

Paragon successfully delivered the first ever ZEISS Partner Recognition Programme in Cape Town. The objective was to reward 40 practise owners and their partners in a 9 months sales programme during FY 16/17. The incentive programme consisted of a 4 day incentive that allowed attendees to tailor the trip to their taste whilst at the same time creating several opportunities for the ZEISS team to strengthen their relationship with them. A range of unique activities made the trip very special such as: a cycling wine tasting at Constantia Valley, Helicopter Tour, Abseiling challenge and a Mercedes Self driving activity to Cape Point to link with Zeiss’s corporate partnership!
Small little touches made attendees feel unique, such as: ZEISS welcome desk at the departure airport providing a welcome gift and information about the trip; access to the airport lounge; bedroom keys delivered on the transfer to ensure a ‘virtual’ check-in; welcome reception with fresh towels and snacks; welcome gift in the bedrooms; handy mobile in all bedrooms allowing attendees to call their relatives and friends with no cost to them; 24h Zeiss lounge fully loaded with drinks, snacks, new products information and ultra-modern massage chairs; a ZEISS concierge desk during the trip to support attendees queries and requests.
A very well received element of the trip was that attendees could select their activities via a personalised website and with no restriction on quantity of places. The Helicopter tour had 66 attendees and a ZEISS helipad lounge was set up to make sure attendees were entertained and allowing ZEISS staff to network.
The event communication was done via a targeted newsletter campaign linked to the bespoke website where attendees could share post event pictures and fill out the trip survey so ZEISS could use details and feedback for the next trip!
