The Plan:
Targets were over achieved over the last few years with turnover in 2015 of £14m and 2016 of £17m. For 2017-18 (Year 3) the targets were set at £19.5m t/o and £1.7m operating profit.
The Results:
In 2017-18 targets were smashed by a record level - turnover rose by 65% to £28m and operating profit doubled to £2.8m.
Client projects included:
Samsung – Major products showcase at IFA Berlin & EU Partner Forum in Barcelona
Salesforce – 40 projects ranging from customer case study videos to a 16 country Global roadshow
Facebook – World Economic Forum in Davos activation, Mobile World Congress expo activation,
Hilton – Holipod brand experience for 5 months at Underbelly Arts Festival and a Hotel launch activation at Old Trafford Cricket Ground
Activity Superstore – VR experience in multiple retail outlets incl Boots & Debenhams
Red Bull – Notting Hill float & concert for 4000pax, e-sports permanent installation

Investment in Growth, People and the Future
Staff retention of 94% was achieved, supported by numerous talent investment programmes including enhanced Personal Development Programmes, staff benefits and training boosted across the company.
New Senior Leadership and Management team structures were also introduced leading to numerous internal promotions and a clearer progression path.
Major investment in new 13,000 sq ft HQ building designed to future proof the business and further support business needs to best deliver on client expectations.
A £1m+ investment deal was also secured with Private Equity company Rockpool, creating a solid platform of support for the current and future ambitions of the business.
