Founded in 1972, 2015 marked our 43rd year in business and was truly a standout year for us as we delivered the strongest results in our trading history, with sales increasing by an impressive 27% to £9.1 million. We are incredibly proud of all that we achieved in the year and we look forward to continuing that journey together with our clients, team and partners.
Our team are at the heart of our commitment for delivering excellence; as well as being re-awarded Gold Status in Investors in People, we introduced long-service awards, paid a record bonus pot and took on 7 new team members. We recognised and celebrated our commitment to our wider community, by raising over £12,000.00 for two national charities. Our CSR commitment was strengthened by the achievement of our ISO 14001 Environmental Management accreditation.
“Client delight” is our core policy and we are proud of our average client relationship extending to 15 years. New client wins drove our impressive growth in sales, as we welcomed new clients from both the association and corporate sectors. We were recognised and applauded by our clients throughout the year and by our regional business community who awarded us ‘Business of the Year’.
Our in-house creative and digital team continued to support our event projects with increasing commitment to engaging with audiences, whether through event apps or our networking & meeting tools. As we continue to grow, we are investing in developing new concepts and enhancing our current solutions, to ensure that we match our clients’ needs.
