It is understood that in some cases entries may include commercially sensitive information. C&IT reserves the right to publish descriptions and case studies of winning entries, but if an entrant asks for any part of their submission to remain confidential, it will be treated as such.

To do so, please mark sensitive information within your written submission and send an email to [email protected].

In line with C&IT's global influence, this year we have decided to recognise success in the context of regions, as well as the categories themselves.

We've selected a few popular categories that have historically received a global range of entries:
- Best Venue
- Best Events Destination
- Conference of the Year

Within the entry system, please indicate which region your project took place (UK, Europe, MENA, APAC, North America, LATAM) and the judges will then review the entries based on first the region, and then within the context of the category as a whole.
