INVNT was established by CEO, Scott Cullather and COO, Kristina McCoobery in 2008, and we’ve since grown to eight offices in five countries on four continents, which operate across six time zones. Globally we employ over 100 full time “INVNTrs” who have collectively delivered events in 40+ countries.
INVNT’s global revenues reached $54M+ in 2018, a 30% increase on the previous year, and we’re forecasting $62 million in 2019. We’ve experienced a 46% compounded annual growth rate (CAGR) since 2008.
We recognise that high performing employees are the fuel that drive successful agencies, and from day one we set about creating a business model that is dedicated to attracting and retaining this kind of talent. Our global people strategy team are focused on implementing and constantly enhancing our people strategy around the world.
Highlights from the last 12 months include securing 20+ new clients, the launch of our content studio, HEVĒ, we opened our second APAC office in Singapore, grew various accounts from local to global, and continued to work with our first ever clients: Merck, SC Johnson and PepsiCo, as well as a slew of other long-standing clients. We’ve won/been shortlisted for 20 awards, and INVNT was mentioned in 2,760 media articles globally, with a reach of 626M+.
