30 Euston Square, a grade ll* listed venue built in 1906, opened its doors in 2013. After an extensive refurbishment programme, this modernised venue has gone from strength-to-strength and caters for conferences, meetings and events.
Home to the Royal College of General Practitioners, 30 Euston Square provides 120,000sqft of stunning Victorian architecture stretched across 7 floors. Including a 300-seat tiered Auditorium and Exhibition Space and the stunning State Rooms and Rooftop Terrace. The addition of 24 meeting rooms and 41 onsite boutique bedrooms make 30 Euston Square the perfect choice for any seasoned event professional, both nationally and internationally. The diversity and breadth of our offering is paramount to our success which is demonstrated though an average bedroom occupancy rate of 83% across 2015.

Our ongoing aim is simple; to create positive event and delegate experiences by integrating our brand values of passion, excellence, energy, curiosity, originality, accountability and execution into everything we do.
We believe that great content, delivered in an impressive way, can turn an ordinary conference into an extraordinary one, which is why we maintain to stay ahead of the technological curve. This strategy enables us to include typically ‘added value’ items into our packages, whilst passing cost savings to the client and enhancing the event experience. From 2013 to 2015, this investment has contributed to a 68% increase in enquiries for the Auditorium and Exhibition Space, and a 21% increase in enquiries for the State Rooms and Rooftop Terrace, signifying the value of technological investment.
As part of our goal to increase market share, particularly through repeat bookings, low staff turnover figures of less than 8% in 2015 allow us to maintain a consistent service, which has contributed to growth of 38% of repeat bookings from 2013 to 2015.
Our success can be summarised by the achievement of our significant conversion rate (27.4%), which in turn has led to 109% revenue growth from 2013- 2015. This success would not have been possible without industry leading facilities, cutting edge AV and a dedicated team of professionals.
