Clive created a Customer Brand Immersion event aimed at Asahi UK’s clients (as well as members of press), aligning it with the nearby London Cocktail Week to maximise attendance from industry members. The immersive experience saw 500 visitors visit Kachette in Shoreditch, London across five days. The event focused on achieving the individual business objectives for their three main product ranges: Asahi Super Dry, Peroni and Meantime lager. Working with a completely blank space, we custom-built 3x brand zones and 4x retail immersion rooms in order to produce the perfect environment for the client and each of the brands’ unique aesthetics. The experience involved activations such as 3D printing, touchscreen technology RFID and operated vending machines, to name just a few. With 60+ customer meetings facilitated, the outcome of the event saw an increase in Asahi UK’s pipeline and projected ROI with 28% of customers already confirmed their marketing plans with Asahi UK for the year ahead.. 86% of customers rating the event 5/5 against their objectives.
