A highly successful global rebrand and union of our sales teams has led to a significant increase in enquiries, forming a very healthy pipeline for the next financial year. Maintaining and developing our culture was at the forefront of our strategy, with the launch of the Employee Engagement Team, investment in wellness and relaunch of recognition platforms. Innovation also remains at the heart of our business with investment in the growth of our creative and tech offerings. Each of these elements accumulated to an award-winning year for Banks Sadler who were recognised as one of C&IT’s Top Places to Work, CN Agency Award’s Global Agency of the Year and a silver M&IT award winner among many other shortlists.
