The sales team have introduced a range of innovative F&B packages and processes to elevate the groups events offering and transform the groups customer service process. A 360-degree deep dive into a client’s event and rapid, guaranteed response times to proactive enquiries means clients feel engaged and supported. New seasonal F&B packages across the group and world class private dining experiences make EHL properties the number one choice for any event.
To showcase the groups MICE expertise and provide a platform for knowledge sharing, EHL’s MICE Sales Team hosted their first annual MICE Leadership Summit in September 2018. The free event, held at The May Fair Hotel, a Radisson Collection, saw industry experts share their insights and expertise through keynote speeches, panel discussions and a Q&A.
EHL’s MICE Sales Teams differing experience provides clients a wealth of unparalleled expertise and knowledge. Each event is seen as a separate project and approached with passion and enthusiasm. This approach has resulted in a 6% increase in MICE spend across EHL’s portfolio from 2017 - 2018.
