ConferenceLeeds - The City of Leeds as the UK's best destination



In the midst of a global pandemic, our industry has been hit hard. But, if there’s one thing that we do know for certain, it’s that the industry is working harder than ever before in light of COVID-19, to ensure that event organisers and their delegates receive the very best possible service, and experience, through enhanced communications, flexibility and adaptability. This is something that Leeds has taken great pride in - with the collaboration efforts across the city helping to ease the difficulties many are facing.

Prior to the lockdown, Leeds had welcomed a number of new and returning events - and was set to have a year even better than the last. A number of pinnacle events made up the second half of 2019, including national and international events.

This year, despite the challenges faced, Leeds has repositioned itself within the MICE industry. The team at ConferenceLeeds have been working on a new website, completed in full consultation with their partners, which has been designed to showcase Leeds’ conferencing offering in the best possible way, alongside a whole brand refresh with accompanying supporting collateral in the form of a toolkit, which is available for all venues across the city to use. The website and toolkit have both been specifically designed for venues to use, providing assets, copy and imagery of the city’s new branding to support all of these venues with their own marketing and sales missions. This brand refresh also includes collateral highlighting the proposition of the city of Leeds in a whole new way - showcasing how organisers that connect with the city and experience the exceptional:
