Research has found that 62% of 16-18-year-olds didn’t feel they received adequate information about creative careers at school from career advisors or teachers. 
Statistics from DCMS showed that employment in the creative sector has grown three times faster than the national average in the past seven years, despite this only 11% of the workforce within the creative sector are held by BAME workers.
Creative Horizons perfectly combines Barclays’ purpose and Citizenship programmes, a desire to help students from all background enter the creative job market and Barclays’ Events, Roadshows & Hospitality (ER&H) team’s expertise and industry contacts.
