To recap the past 12 months for FIRST in a word, we’d say GROWTH; not only in size with the acquisition of Clive (the amazing UK-based experiential live events agency) in January 2018, our increased global footprint, and overall number of employees, but also with our capabilities, the services we provide, AND our client base. We can’t say who, but FIRST added a large client in the past six months with an internationally-recognized brand that has resulted in 50 additional FIRST employees globally!

As our team of FIRSTers expands, so does the contagious atmosphere we create and the fun we have, both during and after hours. When we’re not collaborating and creating experiences for our clients, we’re creating them for ourselves. A staff retention rate of 80% globally signifies our success in capturing and retaining the top talent in the industry.

Another highlight of the past year is how we’ve streamlined how we serve our clients with the introduction of three lanes: FIRST Events, FIRST Experiential and FIRST Solutions. In addition to this, we announced our seven (7) core capabilities this past year: Strategy, Creative & Design, Venue Sourcing, Event Technology, Planning, Production and Data & Analytics.

The agency’s contribution towards the wider UK economy was recognised when FIRST was listed and was one of five creative industry enterprises to be profiled in the London Stock Exchanges Top 1,000 Companies to Inspire Britain 2018.
