With more than 15,000 registered attendees, Salesforce World Tour London 2016 is much more than a cloud computing conference - it’s a day of innovation, fun and giving back that brings together Salesforce experts, partners, customers and prospective customers to demonstrate how companies of all sizes and industries are leveraging the Salesforce Customer Success Platform in a whole new way.

Over the course of the one-day event, attendees at World Tour London were able to take in: a keynote from Polly Sumner, Chief Adoption Officer, featuring customer stories from Aston Martin and ABB; 49 breakout sessions covering a wealth of business and management topics; an interactive developer zone; and an afternoon session dedicated to teaching visually-impaired children to code, in partnership with CoderDojo and Royal National Institute for the Blind (RNIB).

With so much on offer, Salesforce took care to ensure each attendee received a personalised, bespoke experience: from registration to post-event, data analytics were deployed so that attendees could experience a day tailored to their individual interests. This led to Salesforce delivering its most successful event in the UK to date.
