The past 12 months have been our most successful to date. Our financials speak for themselves – we recorded a 50% year-on-year increase in turnover for the year to October 2017, and our gross profit almost doubled.
We also introduced a new brand, grew our incentive travel business from a few trips a year to 30-35 this year, launched a new teambuilding division, doubled our team, won some major new clients, and became a really strong contender in all areas of our business.
We feel the new branding and website better reflects our core values to create, deliver and inspire our clients.
Our strategy to focus on longer term client relationships to ensure financial security for the growing business, resulted in us winning two-year contracts with Close Brothers and Capco, plus a contract with another client to run 50 incentive trips across two years. We have also won new business with brands including Aldi and law firm CMS and retained business with clients such as Volkswagen Ireland and Tourism Australia.
The new teambuilding division, launched in January and headed up by former head of corporate events at Chillisauce James Diment, has got off to a flying start. We have already become a teambuilding partner for Sony and recently ran our first teambuilding activity for KPMG.
