Having a positive impact on the thousands of communities we’re part of means so much to everyone at IHG, and we know that our care and support has never been needed more than it is right now as we all work through such uncertain times brought about by the Covid-19 pandemic.

As a business that is at the heart of so many communities we have worked hard to understand where the greatest need is and use our skills, resources and the power of our people to support the most vulnerable. Our wide-ranging response has seen us do the following:

1. Being there for those who need it most- providing accommodation for the most vulnerable and our frontline workers.
2. Powerful partnerships- working with our humanitarian aid partners to deliver aid where it is needed the most.
3. Stepping up to the plate to feed communities- with the immense pressure facing food provision organisations we have been supporting them to build their infrastructure and provide food for all.
During such uncertain times, and as a business in the industry that has been hard hit by the pandemic, our unwavering spirit of providing True Hospitality has remained. We have worked creatively and collaboratively to find ways we can show our support, going above and beyond what is expected of us and helping to ensure the most vulnerable are supported.
