TEN6 Creative / Genesys

 

We were tasked with taking 2,600 customer and partners (a 15% attendee number increase on this time last year) on an immersive "experience" for 2.5 days. With a new name, this event was designed to bring all elements of the Genesys offering under one roof, with the biggest advocates of the products to showcase how successful they are with the Genesys solution - the customers.

Creating the most high profile platform Genesys has ever seen, and creating a 56m LED canvas to deliver content, with not one PowerPoint slide was no mean feat, but we are pleased to have both entertained and emotionally moved the largest group of attendees Genesys has ever had, using the key theme "make every moment count" and ensuring that every element from registration to the departure feedback form, really did just that.
