Formed in 2024 from the merger of Ashfield Event Experiences and WRG under Inizio, Emota unites 45+ years of expertise with future-facing innovation. With 500+ employees across hubs in the UK and US, Emota delivers end-to-end experiences for 70+ clients, including 19 of the top 20 global pharma brands.

In 2024, the agency reached approximately $250M turnover, with a projected $270M over the next 12 months. Our work spans Congresses/Conventions, Exhibitions, Brand Experiences, Meetings and Events, powered by in-house behavioural science, film, digital and scientific engagement.

Ricoh at Drupa 2024: We built an immersive Japanese storytelling world, achieving 7,465 visitors (a 49% increase), 3,092 leads (double the target), and 210% of the sales target.

Shell Eco-Marathon: A global student competition executed across France, the US, and Indonesia. We delivered over 1,500 safety inductions, achieved a 91% return intent, and demonstrated strong sustainability metrics.
