Andrea Montes is a Senior Event Manager at Outsourced Events, a multi-award-winning events agency where she brings energy, creativity and precision to every project she leads. With over a decade of experience in event planning, with the last five years split between agency and in-house roles, Andrea has delivered standout events for clients across the technology and association sectors. 

In 2024, her dedication and talent were recognised when she was named on the C&IT A-List. That same year, one of her events earned the "Best Pharma & Healthcare Event" award at the C&IT Awards. Her work has also been shortlisted for several other industry honours.
