Emma Hardy

Emma joined The Collective in 2017, bringing with her a background in financial, automotive and luxury event delivery and account management. Upon joining The Collective, Emma delivered their largest, most complex event to date for a key consulting client, producing 21 events over 7 days, culminating in a complex celebratory event across multiple London locations. With her reputation for operational excellence and outstanding organisational skills, Emma progressed to her current role of Operations Director leading The Collective's fantastic group of project managers. This talented team are the logistical heart of any event ranging from fully produced conferences to luxury incentives.
