The 2025 Deloitte UK Partner Meeting was a one-day, client-centred experience that demonstrated how relationships – and the client voice behind them – are evolving in a disrupted global and local market. Delivered by Brands at Work, the event not only reshaped how insight informs live experiences, but also achieved Deloitte’s first-ever Zero Waste certified UK Partner Meeting, diverting 99.5% of waste and raising £167,900 for charity. The brief was to design and deliver Deloitte’s ~1,000-strong UK partnership meeting at a time of geopolitical pressure and uncertainty, while re-examining how relationships will drive future success. Central to this was an ambition to use AI not as a replacement for human connection, but to deepen it – amplifying real client perspectives at scale.
The challenge was to unify a diverse partnership across industries and priorities, creating a shared experience that was both strategically and emotionally resonant. At the same time, the event needed to navigate a critical tension: leveraging AI to inform the experience while ensuring it remained human, conversational and relationship-led.
The solution was an insight-led event powered by KoDa, a bespoke AI platform developed by the Deloitte AI Institute. Hundreds of client interviews were analysed and translated into every element of the programme – from plenary to breakouts – brought to life through an immersive 360° environment, interactive formats and a flexible agenda that enabled partners to shape their own journey.
As a result, partners left more confident, connected and better equipped to strengthen client relationships. The event marked a clear shift in how Deloitte listens to and learns from its clients, while demonstrating how AI, when designed with intent, can amplify human connection and drive meaningful behavioural change at scale.
