The 2025 Deloitte UK Partner Meeting was a one-day, client-centred experience designed to strengthen connection, alignment and shared purpose across Deloitte’s UK partnership. Delivered by Brands at Work, the event not only redefined how insight informs internal experiences, but also achieved Deloitte’s first-ever Zero Waste certified UK Partner Meeting, diverting 99.5% of waste.

The brief was to design and deliver Deloitte’s ~1,000-strong partnership meeting at a time of geopolitical pressure and uncertainty, while reinforcing a sense of collective direction and belonging. Central to this was an ambition to use AI not as a replacement for human connection, but to deepen it – bringing real client perspectives into the room to strengthen how partners connect with each other and the organisation’s future priorities.

The challenge was to unify a diverse partnership across industries and roles, creating a shared experience that was both strategically and emotionally resonant. At the same time, the event needed to balance a critical tension: leveraging AI to inform the experience while ensuring it remained human, conversational and relationship-led.

The solution was an insight-led event powered by KoDa, a bespoke AI platform developed by the Deloitte AI Institute. Hundreds of client interviews were analysed and translated into every element of the programme – from plenary to breakouts – brought to life through an immersive 360° environment, interactive formats and a flexible agenda that enabled partners to actively shape their own experience.

As a result, partners left more connected to each other and to Deloitte’s direction, with increased confidence in how to strengthen relationships across the firm and with clients. The event delivered a clear shift in mindset, reinforcing shared purpose and demonstrating how AI can be used to enhance connection, not replace it.
