360insights partnered with Trulite Aluminum and Glass to deliver the TruRewards Platinum Travel Program — an incentive experience in Costa Mujeres, Mexico designed to increase annual sales, deepen client loyalty, and strengthen relationships with Trulite's top-performing client partners.

Eligibility was performance-driven. Partners qualified by meeting annual purchase goals, ensuring every attendee had already demonstrated their commitment to the partnership before arriving. To sustain engagement throughout the year, a double-points promotion ran from January through June 2024, driving early commercial momentum and keeping partners focused on performance well before the year-end push.

The program was hosted at the newly opened Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres Resort — a first-to-experience venue that immediately signaled exclusivity and matched Trulite's values of quality and innovation. The agenda balanced signature brand moments, including a Welcome Dinner at the Preferred Club Terrace and a Farewell Reception at the Contoy Courtyard, with genuine freedom. Attendees chose from snorkeling, catamaran sailing, spa treatments, and ATV rides with cenote swimming, ensuring the experience resonated across different personalities and preferences.

Central to the strategy was relationship-first design. Structured access to Trulite's senior leadership team in a relaxed, off-site setting created conversations and connections that no formal business environment could replicate. The TruRewards Platinum Mobile App supported real-time communication, digital agendas, and on-site networking while reducing printed materials. A giving-back component, supporting a local Mexican charity, added shared purpose and community connection.

The results were measurable and meaningful: 92% of participants reported increased loyalty to Trulite following the program, with feedback consistently describing the execution as "flawless" and "above and beyond."
