Celtic Manor Resort

Set within 2,000 acres of parkland in South Wales, Celtic Manor Resort has continued to strengthen its position as one of the UK’s leading destinations for meetings, incentives, conferences and events through a combination of scale, service, innovation and long-term investment.

The Resort offers an integrated event experience that combines a dedicated conference centre, exhibition hall, ballroom for up to 1,200 delegates and more than 20 meeting spaces with 400 bedrooms, luxury lodges, extensive leisure facilities, golf courses, spas, restaurants and bars. This breadth of facilities allows clients to host large-scale, complex events within one secure and flexible location.

During the eligibility period, the Resort focused on evolving the delegate experience to meet changing expectations around wellbeing, engagement and meaningful connection. Through initiatives such as Meet the Masters, meetings have been reimagined beyond traditional conference spaces, encouraging creativity, collaboration and balance through access to nature, wellbeing facilities and varied environments across the estate.

Significant investment has also continued across the Resort, including more than £5 million spent on bedroom upgrades and lodge refurbishments to ensure the guest experience matches the quality of the event offering.

The venue’s performance during the period reflects this approach. Conference and event revenue increased by 18% in 2025, while delegate numbers rose by 10% year-on-year to 35,960. The Resort welcomed major events including Credit Week, the Institute of Travel Management Spring Conference and AIG Women’s Open hospitality programmes, while also retaining a strong portfolio of repeat events that have returned annually for more than a decade.

Alongside commercial success, Celtic Manor Resort continues to lead through environmental action, community engagement and people development, most recently achieving ISO 14001 certification demonstrating why it remains one of the most trusted and forward-thinking MICE venues in the UK and Ireland.
