Olympia London

When Adobe partnered with us to design and produce their first ever Creators Live event in London, we needed to completely rethink the model Adobe had previously used to communicate with creators. This was a brand new event to a new audience. A shift from product being the driver, to the audience experience at the heart of every decision. Delivered on a tight timeline at the newly refurbished Olympia, we designed an experience — bold, beautiful and shareable from every angle.

At the heart of the event was a central moment stage, with five distinct zones ribboning out beneath Olympia's iconic dome architecture. A canopy of colourful ribbons drew the eye upward, creating a visual anchor that brought the whole space together. A 360 stage sat at the centre, designed for maximum audience engagement and interactive talks throughout the day.

Each zone told its own story. In the Growth area, a cloud-worthy stage with dramatic lighting set the scene for a live Firefly and Express showcase with creator Isobel Perl — her personal brand identity woven seamlessly into Adobe's own. The Creative area leant into festival culture with a locally sourced caravan stage, real grass underfoot and a glambot experience encouraging influencers to elevate their content in Premiere Pro. The Community area brought a wave stage awash with colour and abstract shores, flowing naturally into Marlo's Matcha kiosk — every detail considered and shot-worthy. In the Future zone, a mountain stage with a sunrise logomark hosted the Alessia Russo Foundation's Adobe Express patch-designing activation. The Food area rounded things off with a kitsch Content Kitchen and Express sticker printing for the iconic Spud Bro jacket potato.

The results spoke for themselves — content that lived on social media for weeks after the event, exactly as the brief intended. ☁️??
