2021 was a year of huge change for Agiito, changing their name and branding to better reflect their people, and unite our extensive experience with their resilient and honest personality and culture.

 

They’ve continued to adapt and innovate to deliver strategic meetings and events, remaining close to customers and finding safe venues while still delivering creative solutions. Customers have trusted them as the experts over the last 12 months and protecting people’s wellbeing has been paramount.

 

They’ve continued developing our people and business, working towards ISO20121 sustainable events and building upon their team of creative-minds, innovators and problem-solvers, living-and-breathing our vision, promise and values. They’ve optimised the user-experience of our booking technology to offer industry-leading solutions, provided booking and reporting focused on sustainability, utilised predictive data modelling and improved our ways of working to deliver exceptional customer service.

 

They were fortunate to secure a place on Lot 4 (venue-finding and events) of the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Framework - the first time in a decade another supplier was selected! Our actions have paid-off; volumes continually increase, customers are retained, and the team continue delivering 100s of successful face-to-face and virtual events.
