At a pivotal moment in Amway’s evolution towards health and wellness, we were challenged to design an experience that did more than celebrate performance. It needed to bring a bold new purpose to life and unite their top-performing leaders around a shared vision for the future.“Room to Bloom” was our response. A three-day programme that combined transformational learning, meaningful recognition and immersive storytelling to energise and align their leaders from around the world. Every element was designed to feel thoughtful and unique to this moment in Amway’s journey.
The Swiss Alps provided the perfect backdrop, with the Dolder Grand selected for its visionary luxury, wellbeing and sustainability. During the day, delegates felt energised and grounded while engaging in a variety of sensory and wellness activities. This followed with a Progressive Dinner celebrating the hotel’s rich history in art and lifestyle. The hotel became a canvas for four uniquely themed spaces, inspiring and impressing guests throughout the journey.
Day two brought guests into the heart of Swiss tradition with hands-on experiences in watchmaking and chocolate craftsmanship, before closing with a recognition dinner that reimagined what it means to honour success. The final day focused on purpose and longevity, featuring keynote speakers, wellness sessions and a private yacht cruise on Lake Lucerne. The event closed with a 600-drone display revealing the 2025 destination in a spectacular bloom.
Sustainability and inclusivity were woven into every part of the experience. We made conscious choices at every stage, prioritising local sourcing, reusable décor, and low-emission transport throughout the programme.
This wasn’t just another incentive. It was a turning point for Amway, their leaders and for how events like this are imagined. With 96% satisfaction and 91% confirming the experience supported their business goals, we didn’t just meet expectations. We helped shape what comes next.
