To reward and inspire its top-performing global salespeople and partners, Avaya partnered with DRPG to deliver a once-in-a-lifetime incentive trip to the Four Seasons Peninsula Papagayo in Costa Rica. The goal was to celebrate exceptional performance while strengthening team bonds, reinforcing Avaya’s high-performance culture, and leaving a meaningful legacy through purposeful experiences.Designed around luxury, personalisation, and impact, the programme blended adventure with relaxation, offering guests the freedom to choose zip-lining or spa days, jungle safaris or beach time, all carefully curated to individual preferences. Cultural moments were woven throughout, including a visit to Hacienda El Viejo with traditional Costa Rican folklore and rum tasting. Every touchpoint reflected thoughtfulness, from personalised gifts and branded menus to a glow-in-the-dark golf evening and a stunning sunset catamaran cruise.
A central feature was the CSR activity: a ‘Build-a-Bike’ session where guests assembled and donated bicycles to local children, creating a moment of connection and purpose that resonated deeply with attendees.
Logistical complexities were handled seamlessly, including bespoke travel coordination and a custom-built app for real-time updates, travel details, and communication. The experience culminated in an unforgettable Awards Night under the stars on Coco Beach, a celebration of success and a moment of genuine recognition.
