Bestway Group’s 50th Anniversary Ball

Bestway Group, founded in 1975 by Sir Anwar Pervez, celebrated its 50th anniversary and his 90th birthday with a landmark event at London’s Royal Albert Hall.

Our aim was to honour the company’s history, culture, and founder through an exceptional, high-profile experience for over 800 distinguished guests, including senior political figures, diplomats, and dignitaries.

We produced an evening combining storytelling and entertainment, with Dermot O’Leary hosting a narrative of Sir Anwar’s journey, supported by video content and a tribute from Lord David Cameron.

Performances from a 65-piece orchestra, Katherine Jenkins CBE, Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, and pianist Okiem elevated the event beyond expectations.

Despite major logistical and technical challenges, including extreme heat, accessibility issues, a last-minute organ failure, and limited setup time, our team delivered a seamless experience. Complex production elements, including extensive staging, sound, and video systems, were perfectly executed.

The event was widely praised, with guests describing it as exceptional. Most importantly, Sir Anwar and his family were delighted, marking the celebration as a significant success.
