BI WORLDWIDE are passionate about delivering events, the launch of Toyota’s Yaris Hybrid was no exception. Faced with ever-changing restrictions to overcome, we ensured the safety of our guests, staff, and suppliers. Relished in creating new ways of working, we re-imagined a traditional press launch to deliver an international socially distanced programme. Having worked with Toyota Motor Europe for over 12 years, we are rightfully proud that they felt BI WORLDWIDE were the right team to deliver their first live press launch during these uncertain times. Delivering this international product launch over 7 days, to over 220 Media and Toyota Staff attending from 12 European countries. It was wonderful to see the success and performance that resulted because of it. Working together with clients and suppliers, we created an event that could become a template for moving forward in the “new normal”. This event was so successful, this format proved it could still be used with no restrictions in place. With 96% guest satisfaction scored at “Very good” or “Excellent”, it was brilliant to see we can still create enjoyable events safely in this time. We love when a new brief comes in where we can start coming up with creative solutions. Pushing the boundaries where practical and utilising all our resources to embrace change, manage a client’s event, inspire their audience, and deliver results.
