For Brandfuel, the award-winning creative experience agency, the period from January 2024 to May 2025 has been one of exceptional growth and success.

Now embarking on its 21st year in business, Brandfuel’s gross turnover has risen by an estimated 30 per cent since May 2024, it has taken on five new clients, many fresh projects, and it has undertaken significantly more work overseas, particularly in the US. Projects there accounted for 16.6% of our overseas work and 10.8% of all our work. We expect this trend to continue.

Our strategic goals were to take on new, exciting and diverse clients, and to ensure organic growth - and all these goals were met. The acquisition of a new pillar client ensured that our dependence on one longstanding client fell from 55.7% of Brandfuel’s turnover in May 2024 to 46.3% in 2025. And, with clients who have been with us for 20 years briefing us on new projects, and relationships founded with new partners, organic growth seems assured.

As well as working with an enviable and growing list of global clients on their most important events, Brandfuel enjoys a well-earned reputation for its company culture. Starting with a team of three, the agency now numbers 70, with Fuellers spending an average 4.3 years on staff, compared with an industry average of two years.

A recent survey of staff produced encouraging results: company culture was cited by 69.8% of Fuellers as one of their top three most satisfying aspects of working at Brandfuel, with 90.7% citing “the people I work with”. And 88.4% of respondents felt supported to fulfil the requirements of their role; 72.1% felt their work made a positive impact on Brandfuel; and 79.1% enjoyed a sense of belonging in the agency.
