CWT Meetings & Events

CWT is thrilled to be celebrating our 150th year of travel in 2022 with a clear strategy to help clients engage with critical audiences through virtual, hybrid and live events through heightened focus on experience. We also continue to foster a culture with caring at its heart through initiatives, such as fundraising for our Ukraine colleagues and technology donations of more than 350 devices.

We are a founding member of the World Travel and Tourism Council's global taskforce to prevent and combat human trafficking and, for the third consecutive year, earned a 100 percent rating on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s Corporate Equality Index with designation as one of their Best Places to Work. Through our OneCWT approach, we apply client travel policies consistently within both transient travel and M&E to increase negotiating power with preferred suppliers. A single dashboard adds immediate value to the data story we build for clients’ programs. Globally consistent services and ability to scale is a continued focus. Upon completion of our regional hub structure, we aligned transactional pricing with our transient team to increase transparency. CWT M&E has taken Strategic Meetings Management (SMM) to the next level by introducing Total Meetings Management (TMM) for total integration of meetings and events. The basis of TMM is that all event and meeting types benefit from inclusion in SMM strategies and objectives of governance and transparency are only achieved through a holistic approach. We are reshaping program design to sharpen data analytics, simplify processes and intensify stakeholder advocacy. Our new innovative subscription model provides clients with ultimate flexibility and drives continued efficiencies. As being agile, adaptable and scalable are critical components, we can quickly expand services as business demand ebbs and flows. CWT is ready to provide creative, sustainable and exciting ways to excite, engage, and exceed!
