We’ve scaled our international footprint with purpose. Our acquisition of The Special Event Company (TSEC) in the US and our expanded partnership with Maritz Global Events have driven North American growth, with revenue nearly doubling and client numbers increasing.

But growth hasn’t come at the expense of culture. Our people-first approach remains central, with open communication, cross-office buddy systems, and performance initiatives that support development across borders. We’ve achieved a 94% increase in EBITDA in North America and continue to enhance our global offering by integrating services that reduce costs and boost quality.

From winning the Queen’s Award for Enterprise to pioneering tools like our BOSS app and launching DRPG Labs, an in-house innovation hub, we’re reshaping the future of live experience.
