FlutterONE, delivered by Powered by Humans (part of The Human Network), was a high-impact internal leadership experience uniting 300 senior leaders from across Flutter UKI’s eight locations. With just 10 weeks’ lead time and a brand-new CEO stepping into post on the day, the event had a critical purpose: align and energise Flutter’s top leaders around 2025’s strategy, culture, and priorities.

Hosted at Emirates Old Trafford, the 1-day in-person event featured plenary sessions, rotating breakouts, and immersive brand activations. Each content strand was designed to support different learning and participation styles — from live theatre and gamified learning to strategic co-creation sessions. FlutterONE placed people at the centre of the story, while delivering clarity, momentum and unity under new leadership.

The experience stood out for its inclusive design, sustainability focus (80% travelled by train, zero merchandise, reusable set), and dynamic delivery. Delegates engaged with real-time polling, spot cams, silent disco-style headsets and interactive digital content. No two sessions were the same.

Feedback was exceptional: 97% rated the event as valuable or extremely valuable, 98% left excited about Flutter’s future, and 86% felt empowered to deliver on their priorities. The customer safety breakout is now being scaled to 4,000 employees UK-wide.
