Grimaldi Forum Monaco – 25 Years of Creativity in a Unique Setting

Inaugurated in 2000, the Grimaldi Forum Monaco is an iconic glass-and-steel venue at the heart of the Principality. With 41,000 sqm of fully modular space, it hosts around 100 events and welcomes 300,000 visitors annually—ranging from conferences and exhibitions to concerts and performances.

Ideally located just minutes from Monaco’s leading hotels, the venue is praised for both the quality of its facilities and the expertise of its teams, having earned over 20 awards and distinctions. Its professional clientele is largely based in Europe and the United States, with key sectors including IT, medical sciences and luxury. Some 45% are repeat clients, drawn by Monaco’s resort-style setting, where everything is within walking distance. They benefit from a fully coordinated offer combining the Convention Bureau, hotels, restaurants, and the congress centre, delivering high-end services in areas such as catering and entertainment.

A sustainability pioneer in the events industry, the Grimaldi Forum has held ISO 14001 certification since 2008 and ISO 20121 certification for its responsible event management. These commitments support Monaco’s ambition to achieve carbon neutrality by 2050 and reflect the venue’s efforts to reduce the social, economic and environmental impact of its activities.

In January 2025, the venue was enhanced by Monaco’s offshore extension project, adding 6,000 sqm of new exhibition areas connected to the existing Diaghilev Hall and offering independent access from the seafront. An additional 2,000 sqm of outdoor space, including the 600 sqm Ravel terrace with a sea view, is now available. This expanded layout enables larger-scale events, the simultaneous hosting of multiple formats, and even greater flexibility to meet evolving creative demands.
