ICC Wales
Purpose-built for conferences, exhibitions, association congresses and large-scale business events, ICC Wales offers 15 flexible event spaces for up to 5,000 delegates, including a 4,000sqm pillar-free and carpeted exhibition hall, as well as a 1,500-seat auditorium.
In 2025, the venue delivered its strongest performance to date, hosting 191 events and welcoming more than 200,000 visitors across exhibitions, international congresses, corporate conferences and government events.
What sets ICC Wales apart is its ability to deliver events that feel seamless, engaging and memorable for both organisers and delegates. Clients benefit from an integrated in-house team spanning event management, technical production, catering and logistics, creating a collaborative experience from planning through to live delivery. Strong relationships continue to drive results, with client satisfaction reaching 95.92% and 80% of organisers returning to host future events.
Alongside operational excellence, ICC Wales continues to invest in innovation, accessibility and wellbeing. Recent enhancements include digital wayfinding, a Quiet Room and Multi-Faith Prayer Room as well as a Changing Place, while wellbeing spaces, natural surroundings and tailored catering all contribute to a more balanced and inclusive delegate experience.
Sustainability is embedded across the venue’s operation. ICC Wales was the first UK venue to implement VisitBritain’s BE-Impactful Framework and holds Green Dragon Level 4 accreditations.
From hosting the Wales Investment Summit and Worldchefs Congress 2026 to leading industry accessibility innovation through its ‘Access All Areas’ research, ICC Wales continues to set new standards for modern convention centres through innovation, flexibility and exceptional customer experience.
