On Event Production Co. delivered a bold and immersive AV experience for the UK launch of the Jaecoo 7, an all terrain luxury vehicle, at the prestigious Fairmont Windsor Park. As Jaecoo entered the UK market for the first time, expectations were high. The mission was to craft a high impact, technically innovative launch that merged premium aesthetics with sensory storytelling.

From the moment guests arrived, every touchpoint was engineered for impact. Our team built a striking entrance, complete with branding, illuminated vehicles, and a custom fabricated LED tunnel. A live DJ performed in front of an LED chevron backdrop, alongside a branded photo wall and reception area designed for social sharing.

Inside the ballroom, four raised platforms represented the four seasons around the perimeter of the room. Each hosted a vehicle and featured themed LED walls, lighting effects, and a bespoke scenic finish. These stages worked both individually and in unison, surrounding guests with energy and scale. At the heart of the experience, an 18 metre LED screen became the canvas for a timecoded reveal that simulated extreme weather. Rain fell onto the main stage vehicle while wind machines, lighting and immersive sound created a full sensory transformation of the space.

Over 60 moving lights, custom media servers, and a centralised show control system ensured precise execution. With venue power limitations, added complexity around water drainage and safety protocols for vehicles indoors, our team delivered a flawless production under a compressed schedule.

Every scenic element was built in house by our fabrication team and tailored to Jaecoo’s premium brand. We collaborated closely with Strata Creative and SPX to align creative vision and technical delivery.

This was more than a car reveal. It was a production led experience that delivered impact, innovation and precision from start to finish.
