Every year, JLR pauses to celebrate the people who have shaped its legacy. The Long Service Dinner is a personal tribute to employees who have dedicated 25, 40, or even 50 years to the company.

For 2024, JLR entrusted DRPG with redefining this milestone occasion for the first time, with a clear brief: to deliver a celebration that embodied JLR’s Modern Luxury ethos. Every element, from the invitations to the farewell, needed to reflect sophistication, exclusivity, and personalisation.

Held at the Dallas Burston Polo Club IXL Events Centre, the evening unfolded as an immersive journey through JLR’s history. Guests were welcomed by a concierge team briefed on their individual career milestones, ensuring personal connections were made from the outset. The venue was transformed into a living timeline, transporting guests through the decades with evolving decor, projection mapping, and an interactive installation showcasing their contributions to JLR.

Gethin Jones led the evening with warmth and engagement, while a dynamic dining experience allowed guests to enjoy personalised menus selected in advance. Milestone celebrations were integrated, with live car reveals featuring models from attendees’ joining years. As the night progressed, the atmosphere evolved, culminating in a retro arcade experience.

JLR’s leadership and employees alike praised the event for its ability to merge nostalgia with Modern Luxury, setting a new standard for internal celebrations. More than a dinner, it was a statement. One that reinforced JLR’s commitment to its people and its future.
