In March 2025, Verve partnered with LinkedIn to produce Talent Connect UK, a flagship franchise event designed to inspire, connect, and engage talent industry leaders. Now in its third year, the conference has grown from 600 attendees in 2022 to over 1,000 in 2025, reflecting its rising profile and increasing impact across the community.

The 2025 brief challenged us to foster a deep sense of belonging while delivering meaningful, insight-led value to delegates. Under the unifying theme Where Possibility Works, Verve created a fully immersive 360° brand experience across every touchpoint, from the pre-event brand photoshoot to the bespoke expo, keynote design, and environmental identity.

We selected a central London venue with a bright, open footprint and excellent transport links. A visual narrative rooted in authenticity and community, featuring real LinkedIn employees, was used to inform everything from the event’s microsite and email campaigns to pin badges and onsite collateral.

To encourage engagement and knowledge-sharing, we designed interactive installations including an AI-powered headshot booth, a live LEGO data build, and themed workshop areas. Each moment was crafted to feel inviting, insightful, and shareable.

Inclusivity remained central. From diverse speakers and equal pay commitments to supporting Ramadan observers with prayer space and tailored food options, the experience reflected LinkedIn’s values in action. A mobile event guide, high-spec AV, live band, and a surprise HR-themed comedian brought the day to life with energy and warmth. Talent Connect UK 2025 not only reinforced LinkedIn’s position as a strategic thought leader, but created a space where the talent community could genuinely connect, grow, and imagine what’s next.
