Momentum 2021 was the largest global gathering of The Body Shop at Home consultants ever. An all-new event for the channel that encouraged the audience to, in the words of the Bodyshop’s founder Dame Anita Roddick, “Get informed, Get outraged, Get inspired and Get active”. MOMENTUM celebrated loudly, and in unapologetic bright technicolour, their collective achievements so far and aimed to get the field fit for peak and be the force that drives them to success in 2021. Not only was this a brand-new event in the TBSAH calendar, but it was also a brand-new relationship for Top Banana. We had to get under the skin of TBSAH quickly… with 6 weeks from confirmation to delivery it was all systems go. The format of the show was a high energy, festival style mix of content to keep the audience energised and connected to the MOMENTUM theme across the three days. From inspirational guest speakers, content sessions from around the world, and product demonstrations to social media workshops, a bespoke dance troupe opening and energetic live performances, the audience were engaged on every level. All hosted on a bespoke ‘Momentum’ festival platform, the audience were able to explore different stages of content, festival tents and glow bars, which all included their own level of interactive fun and engagement. In keeping with it’s theme and after a hugely successful event, Momentum will become an annual hybrid event, with 2022 hosting 5000 in a live environment and 15,000+ virtually, growing in 2023 to 15,000 live and 15,000 virtually.
