Emota and NEFF orchestrated a truly unforgettable celebratory event, expertly designed to honour and reinforce relationships with NEFF’s premium retail partners. Recognising the challenges caused by recent global challenges, NEFF needed to provide an impactful, emotional, and memorable expression of appreciation; deepening brand loyalty and reaffirming shared values.Set within the enchanting atmosphere of The Underglobe, at Shakespeare’s iconic Globe Theatre in London, we combined Shakespearean elegance with NEFF’s innovative kitchen appliance brand ethos. Emota creatively produced a captivating four-act immersive, theatrical experience. Through our bespoke script, the performance artfully intertwined NEFF’s cutting-edge product features with vibrant, original storytelling, effortlessly balancing classic drama and witty contemporary dialogue, thoroughly captivating the audience.
Throughout the evening, guests were enthralled by a spectacular lineup of entertainment, including mesmerising aerial performances, dynamic and emotive electric violin music, and charmingly personalised interactions with skilled caricaturists. We thoughtfully curated each element of the event to create distinctive, memorable moments that attendees would treasure long after the evening concluded.
We placed a strong emphasis on sustainability, utilising projection mapping technology to transform the venue while significantly reducing environmental impact. Our commitment to inclusivity was demonstrated through careful consideration of diverse culinary preferences, comprehensive accessibility measures, and strategically positioned viewing areas, ensuring every guest had an enjoyable, uninterrupted experience.
The NEFF MasterPartners® event achieved its core goal: reinforcing loyalty and trust after a challenging 18–24 months. With 306 guests attending, strong turnout reflected the enduring commitment of the partner network. The energy in the room – from engaged conversations to lively interactions with entertainment and digital experiences - showed relationships being renewed naturally and authentically.
