The No7 Presents Virtual Event brought together 1,500 beauty advisors from across the UK and Ireland to launch the No7 Pro Artist Makeup Collection. Originally planned as an in-person roadshow, the event evolved into a hybrid format that retained premium production quality while maximising accessibility and engagement.Broadcast live from DRPG’s state-of-the-art studios, the central experience featured expert-led sessions, live demos, and brand storytelling, all designed to inspire, educate, and empower No7 advisors. To extend the experience beyond the studio, regional watch parties created local hubs of interaction, supported by senior No7 representatives who led sessions in-person. This structure allowed advisors to connect with peers and engage with the brand in a meaningful, hands-on way.
Delivering a seamless experience across multiple locations posed logistical challenges, from aligning technical standards to managing real-time engagement. Working in close partnership with logistics and technical teams, the event achieved a consistently high-quality stream across all sites. Interactive tools like live Q&As and polls ensured remote attendees were active participants, not passive viewers.
Recognition was a key focus. A dedicated evening celebration honoured top-performing advisors with personalised moments that reinforced loyalty and motivation, whether in the room or watching remotely.
Results confirmed its success: high engagement, strong commercial impact, and increased participation in future training. This event stands out for its innovation, inclusivity, and delivery – offering a scalable model for training at scale without compromise.
