PPC set out to do something bold for its 7th annual commercial conference: create a live experience that didn’t feel like a conference at all. No lengthy presentations or passive audiences, just a fully immersive journey that brought their customer-first strategy to life in a way attendees could see, hear, and feel.

With nearly 1,000 delegates, the event needed to run like clockwork while still delivering standout moments. We worked with PPC to design an experience that unfolded in stages.

The centrepiece of the event was a 4D animated film experience, created using Unreal Engine and enhanced with effects like heat lamps, dry ice and rainfall. It told the story of energy with PPC’s role front and centre. It was a physical, emotional moment that grounded the rest of the event in something memorable.

Around it, four themed customer zones explored how PPC tailors its approach to different audiences, from families and youth to SMEs and brand partners. Hands-on exhibits encouraged meaningful conversations and deeper understanding. A final plenary brought everyone together to reflect on the journey and look ahead, followed by a relaxed evening party to close the day on a high.

The result was an event that made a lasting impact. It turned strategy into story, and story into shared experience.
