OrangeDoor was entrusted with delivering the EMEA leg of ServiceNow’s World Forum 2024 – a global ‘tier one’ flagship conference series. Taking place over seven weeks, the series spanned London, Munich, Paris, and Rotterdam, welcoming almost 8,000 attendees. The format combined main plenary sessions with curated sub-events, including Executive Circle, Partner Connect, Marquee Club, and the EMEA Analyst Summit.

This was our third consecutive year delivering the event. In 2024, we faced our most complex brief yet. A new global leadership team, a move towards consistent global branding, and a significantly condensed logistics planning window of just three months (from the usual six) added new layers of challenge.

The client’s brief was clear: deliver high-impact, large-scale conferences that feel inspiring and engaging, while remaining inclusive, sustainable, and aligned with ServiceNow’s core values.
