#ThoseWhoDare is a new type of digital event including short, fast-paced content sessions, curated especially for the SME community - the small to medium-size enterprise. The main objective of the event was to position Vodafone Business as a valuable partner of SMEs, one that understands the changes occurring in society and the economy. A broadcast quality virtual event was produced by Shelton Fleming to inspire the SME community. Vodafone partnered up with Google, Microsoft, Spotify, Hopin and Unreasonable, who support a Fellowship for growth-stage entrepreneurs, and channel an exclusive deal-flow to investors, partners and institutions to discover profit in solving global problems. For one hour a day across a week (17th-21st May 2021), the participants from 9 countries across Europe (UK, Spain, Italy, Germany, Ireland, Romania, Portugal, Czech Republic, and Hungary) could hear from over 30 disruptive entrepreneurs and ambitious leaders, talking about real business issues and experiences - inspirational stories, tips and tricks from the rule breakers who dared to be different. The talks covered broad topics such as Business Resilience, Sustainability, Changing Social Attitudes and Behaviours, Data and Digitisation, and Talent Retention. #ThoseWhoDare featured live conversations with european entrepreneurs representing multiple different sectors, with their own, unique challenges and opportunities. The event series were moderated by a UK TV personality, Charlie Webster. The event was preceded by an extensive promotional campaign, run in 9 focus countries. It resulted in more than 16,500 live views (cumulative) and a total of + 52,000 views (cumulative, incl. on-demand, post event).
