We were briefed to curate a bi-annual conference and celebration for AVON’s sales leaders and representatives across the UK, celebrating their 135th birthday! The main focus of the event was to unite the team by creating momentum, empowerment and uplift. And what was the output?… AVON achieved their BEST fourth quarter they’d EVER head! The tone of the event was high energy and a real testament to the teams’ success and achievements; therefore, it was paramount that all delegates that attended in person and virtually felt included and engaged throughout the amazing team celebration. The virtual platform really helped to bring all the elements of a live event right into the homes of the attendees with interactive activities including a glam studio for digital makeovers, shoutouts for colleague feedback and a donation station offering the opportunity to pay towards AVON’s charities. On day one, the delivery of the event included business updates, keynote speakers, and new product demonstrations and launches to get the team really fired up! We continued the conference in style on day two, concentrating on training and celebrating! And what’s a celebration without a party?!... With Rylan Clarke as the host for the evening, The Big Bash was everyone’s favourite game shows rolled into one, and the best part? You [the delegate] could be the contestant! Set up perfectly for both live and hybrid audiences, the studio offered a bar with cocktail classes, resident DJ and a plethora of classic gameshows with their own AVON twist, as well as the big reveal of AVON’s 2022 incentive destination and brand-new reward platform. The diverse content and consistent consideration of every audience type ensured we could create the most epic celebration the team had ever seen!
