Topgolf have significant global growth plans and recognised the need to prepare their team for the challenges that would present themselves when pushing the boundaries of a whole industry. They wanted delegates to be excited about change and the opportunities it brings, whilst providing them with tools and the right mindset to best adapt to new challenges and situations. Blue Hat’s core purpose is to develop teams through innovative business games, engaging team building activities and expert facilitation. The needs from Topgolf are exactly what Blue Hat are set up to deliver. Blue Hat used over 20 years research and experience in team dynamics and the 11 principles of high performing teams to create a tailored solution. The experience created was designed to educate, inspire, motivate and drive meaningful change in behaviour. The final solution included a range of different interventions, all delivered within one theme to create a flowing day of blended learning. Blue Hat created a platform for the MD to highlight the key business vision and mission. They ran a facilitated session focused on Growth Mindset alongside an innovative team building activity to better embed the learning for the long-term. There were other engaging sessions in the packed agenda, topped off with golf themed games over networking drinks and dinner. The day massively exceeded the delegates expectations with positive feedback from all involved. So much so that Topgolf asked Blue Hat to deliver their 2022 annual summit using the same formula and format.
